Minority groups hail the PPM deal with Arbitron and Radio Stations

PPM Coalition members say their just-announced agreement with Arbitron marks the beginning of new working partnership between minority radio and the ratings company. Starting in July, Arbitron will convert to address-based sampling, which should do a better job of reaching cell phone-only households, young adults and minorities.
