Indecency Policy Struck Down by Court


The U.S. Court of Appeals today struck down the FCC’s indecency policies, ruling they’re “unconstitutionally vague” and are “creating a chilling effect” that the three-judge panel concluded went “far beyond” the court case centered on whether stations could be fined for fleeting expletives.
