Bobby Brown rushes to be with daughter Bobbi Kristina after her hospitalization

Bobby Brown landed at LAX Sunday to support his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, whose mother, Whitney Houston, died Saturday at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.

Bobbi Kristina suffered a severe anxiety attack the day of and day after her mother's death and was temporarily hospitalized. "Obviously the death of her mother is affecting her, however, we will get through this tragedy as a family," Brown told "Extra." "Again, I ask for privacy during this time."

Brown skipped his New Edition reunion concert scheduled in Nashville over the weekend, following the news of his ex-wife's sudden death.

Bobby Brown's  father, affectionately known as "Pop", died of cancer this past December of 2011. Bobby Brown's mother Carole Brown also passed away last year where Whitney Houston sang at her funeral.

Brown took the stage Saturday in Mississippi, but was struck with grief having to leave the stage early.
