Three years after the radio industry shed thousands of jobs, there are indications the tide has turned. Broadcasters are feeling confident enough in the recovery to slowly begin adding to their payroll. 

While the number of jobs added remains small compared to those lost in the past few years, it’s a sign the industry is moving in the right direction.
