It's new, it's tall and it's stuffed with billionaires

The sheer concentration of wealth in One57, a $1.5 billion development, is raising the eyebrows of some longtime market-watchers, as the buyers of the full-floor apartments near the top that have sold so far were all bought by billionaires.
