CBS's CEO Les Mooves signing bonus revealed

CBS CEO Les Moonves will get a $22 million signing bonus as part of his new contract agreement that will keep him at the helm of the company through June 2017.

While his base salary remains the same, a regulatory filing says CBS awarded Moonves $7.5 million of stock options this week with the balance to be awarded in 2013.

The filing also reveals that when Moonves’ contract expires he’ll act an adviser to CBS through 2021.
