U.S. radio holds big slice of global radio pie.

PricewaterhouseCoopers has released a new global outlook for radio and it predicts revenue for radio around the world will grow by low-single digits. PwC estimates global radio revenue will rise at about a 3% clip through 2017 when total billings are predicted to hit $51 billion. U.S. radio will represent about one-third of the world’s radio revenue.
