Staten Island's Eric Garner dies after NYPD cop put Eric in an outlawed choke hold - Witnesses on video say Garner just "broke up" a fight

A Staten Island Man dies Thursday after a cop put him in a chokehold and other officers appeared to slam his head against the sidewalk. On-lookers say that 43-year-old Eric Garner's crime was that he broke up a fight. Incident was videotaped. Garner is heard on link to video below crying out in desperation saying, “I can’t breathe!
