Happy King Day - A Day of Service

Many say that it was the vicious murder of the teenager Emmett Till in Mississippi - along with the courage of Emmett's mother Mamie Till to show the world Till's mutilated body at the funeral of Emmett Till in Chicago - that spurred both the Civil Rights movement and its' ascendant leader, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
