The Black Vote decides the 2008 Presidential election...

Hispanic vote carried Bush in 2004: http://archive.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2004/11/4/203450.shtml

The above fact that the Hispanic vote carried Bush in the 2004 election is true. The White and Hispanic vote will split this year again. The link above details how Hispanics made the difference in Bush winning the presidency. Briefly in 2004 the Hispanic vote was 44% for Bush, and in the 2000 Presidential election the Hispanic vote for Bush was just 34 percent. That ten percent upward swing of additional Hispanics voting for Bush from 2000 to 2004 was "the difference" that Bush needed to win the 2004 Presidency.

I will make my point -- and blog -- short, sweet, and to the point. The point is that Black voters will decide the 2008 Presidential election. I am confident that the online registration drives that you are about to embark on will make the difference. Without your immediate effort, Barack Obama will lose. Simple enough?

Below are the statistics to prove my point. The statistics are of the alarming numbers of African-Americans that are "not registered". Seemingly decades of the political process has turned an extremely large numbers of African-Americans off. We hope you will change this...quickly. I submit to you the populated areas in a few swing States of "un-registed" African-Americans as of September 2008. Are you ready? It's shocking, so have a cool drink next to you to calm your nerves. Most of the readers that I have recruited are probably over 35. If the over-35 age bracket applies to you, we know that you can't take this kind of excitement like you use to :0).

Enough of the banter, let's get to it!

Percentage of African-Americans 'not registered' to vote:

01. Detroit, Michigan 27%

02. Washington DC 40% (N. Virginia border)

03. Philadelphia, Pa. 36%

04. Pittsburgh, Pa. 36%

05. Indianapolis, In. 38%

06. Denver, Co. 41%

07. Chicago, Il. 38% (NW Indiana border)

08. Raleigh, N.C. 28%

09. Charlotte, N.C. 28%

10. Richmond, Va. 40%

11. Norfolk, Va. 40%

12. Las Vegas, Nv. 44%
13. Miami, Fl 35%
14. Orlando, Fl 35%
15. Tampa, Fl 35%
16. Cincinati, Oh 28%
17. Cleveland, Oh 28%
18. The State of Georgia has 600-thousand un-registered African-Americans

Digest these facts for a moment. Look at these statistics again.

The problem with my titled statement (The Black Vote decides the 2008 Presidential election) is that the only way the Black Vote can decide the election, is if a large number of these un-registered 'potential' voters, REGISTER TO VOTE! AND THEN VOTE!
