Haiti Radio is the communicator

Radio Caraibes presenter, Israel Jacky Cantave, broadcasts from the street across from the station's damaged building as onlookers watch in Port-au-Prince. Radios are the devastated city's only functioning means of communication, used by residents to send out messages to loved ones and to request information, though cellphone service is slowly returning.
