Indecency activists demand FCC appeal

After several years of victories in the courthouse and in the halls of Congress, anti-indecency activists have been dealt a setback by a federal court of appeals ruling. It struck down the FCC’s indecency rules. While they want the FCC to appeal, the agency says it’s still studying the decision.
