U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Shelley Chapman has given the trio of debt holders to Inner City Broadcasting a green light to take control of the company. In a 38-page ruling, she says their $180 million offer demonstrates “compelling circumstances and a good, sufficient, and sound business purpose and justification” for moving forward with the transfer.
