Inner City Broadcasting has announced it is selling urban AC “The Quiet Storm” KBLX-FM, San Francisco to Entercom for $25 million. The deal gives Entercom its fourth San Francisco station. It will begin operating KBLX-FM under a time brokerage agreement as soon as a bankruptcy court judge gives approval. CEO David Field says no format change is planned.
