President Obama Travel to New Jersey -- Media RSVP --

WASHINGTON- On Wednesday, October 6, the President will travel aboard Air Force One to New Jersey. He will then attend a DNC dinner in Cresskill, New Jersey.
The Arrival and Departure of Air Force One is open to pre-credentialed media. The dinner is print pool coverage only.
Members of the media who wish to RSVP for the arrival/departure of Air Force One must RSVP HERE by 12:00 p.m. EDT Tuesday, October 5.

Camera Pre-Set Time: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Restricted Access to equipment: 2:00 p.m.– 4:00 p.m.
Media Access: 4:00 p.m. (All media MUST arrive no later than 4:30 p.m.).
NOTE: Media may depart following AF1 arrival and return to cover AF1 departure, but all media must re-enter no later than 7:00 p.m.
AF1 Arrival: 5:30 p.m.
AF1 Departure: 7:45 p.m.
Press Entrance: Please enter through the gate at left of Building 1. Only media who have RSVP’d will be admitted to the base.
Live Truck Parking: Directed on-site.
General Media Parking: Parking lot in front of Building 1
Cable Run: 600 feet
Throw: 170 feet
DIRECTIONS TO
NEWARK AIRPORT BUILDING NUMBER 1 FROM NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE (NJTP), northbound or southbound
Follow signs for "Interchange 14, Newark Airport".
Get off at Interchange 14, signed "Newark Airport".
As you approach the toll booth, stay towards the center.
After paying the toll, follow signs for "Port Newark, North Area, South Area" (of Newark Airport), then signs for "North Area".
Proceed to the STOP sign at the T intersection.
Turn right onto Brewster Road.
Follow Brewster Road for approximately one half mile. You will pass Buildings 339, 340, water tanks, and Building 70 on your left.
Just after Building 70, turn left onto Conrad Road (Between "Signature Flight Support" and Building 151.)
Continue on Conrad Road to Building 1, which is on the left.
