Vice President addresses NAACP convention here in Houston

After presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney got booed by the NAACP crowd on Wednesday when he said he’d repeal the Affordable Care Act, Vice President Joe Biden makes a stop at the 103rd convention of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
