Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, but who holds the art is the subject of a fresh legal squabble between Inner City Broadcasting and the debt-holders who’ve taken control of the company. At issue are 15 pieces of art created by African-American artists that Inner City attorneys say are worth a combined $1.1 million.
